Tanya’s
Cozy House.

The house carries the name of Vangelis’s wife, Tanya. The one next door is named after their daughter, Gina. On Booking.com it is listed as “Tanyas Cozy House”, and some older pages spell it “Tania’s”: it is the same house.

The two houses stand side by side in the centre of Kamilari, a few steps from the village square. Each is completely independent, with its own entrance and its own courtyard.

A comfortable living room with the kitchen and the dining table. The kitchen has an oven, hobs, a fridge and a coffee maker. There is no dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and with the single bed and the sofa bed there is room for four. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

A fan-coil system cools the house in summer and warms it in winter. The Wi-Fi runs on Starlink. Five steps lead up to the entrance.

The courtyard is large and shaded by a pergola, with a barbecue and sunbeds. The jacuzzi is outdoors and belongs to this house alone. It runs from early May to the end of October.

The courtyard looks onto the village, and it is quiet: you hear neither the road nor the neighbours.

• Arrival from 15:00, departure by 11:00. Vangelis sends you the location and meets you at the house himself. Arriving late at night is no problem.
• The minimum stay is 5 nights.
• The house is cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week.
• Beach towels, a beach umbrella and sunbeds are there for you to take to the sea.
• Vangelis has bicycles for guests. Ask him before you arrive.
• You park right next to the houses.
• A cot and a high chair on request. Pets are not allowed.
• Wine, fruit and Vangelis’s raki are waiting for you when you arrive.

€700 a week for two people. From November to the end of March the price is 20% lower. Each extra guest costs €20 a night. The Greek climate resilience fee is paid on top.
